My arrangement was originally to be delivered to a hospital. Unbeknownst to me, the patient was discharged the same day as the scheduled delivery. I received a call asking what I wanted to do, and the next thing I know, the recipient contacted me to thank me for the delivery to her home. Rather than return them to their shop, they took the extra step to reach out for the recipient, and the arrangement arrived fresh and beautiful. Customer service is a make-or-break for me and this Flower Kingdom location (Royal Palm Beach) provided excellent customer service. This will not be my last order. Thank you so much!

Flower Kingdom Royal Palm Beach is truly amazing. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. I went in and ordered a boutonnière and corsage for my daughters senior prom, and 1 day later they were ready. Flower Kingdom is close to my Momma in Florida, so I use them once or twice each year. Next day delivery has never been a problem and by asking them to deliver after 12 noon, they get it there at a great time of day. Flower arrangements are always beautiful (Momma always sends me pictures) and you can add stuffed aninals, balloons, and such. They do a great job - I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
