I have a samsung milky way s6, I accept dropped it lots of times, the screen is very cracked. Only it ever worked after it fell.
So I was in school, and pulled my phone out to bank check the time, and I see this pulsing blue light on the first sensor in the left side of the phone. I click on the power button and the phone does not turn on (but a black screen). I clicked on the home button to encounter if the digital buttons on the correct and left of the domicile button would light up simply they didn't. I recall remembering that the phone fell that solar day just I am not sure. So I leave the phone like that for some time, and the pulsing blue light stops. So I charge the telephone and instead of blueish pulsing light there was the normal red lite that you lot get when your charging your phone and it is on a depression bombardment percentage. After some time of charging the light becomes dark-green, and I really idea it was stock-still, simply I was wrong. I hold the ability push button and the lite turns blueish once again, and it's nevertheless pulsing. Information technology's exactly to blues, a night blue and a light blue, ane comes after another. I take not found help in my family unit, and then I went to the net and didn't notice no aid. Any help would be crawly.

From what you are telling me the phone is going to demand a "Hard Reset" which will sadly wipe all the data on it, or information technology is gone and needs replacing. I know of no other options in such a example.

NOTE: Doing this will articulate 'all' the information on your phone, so information technology is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried well-nigh losing anything on the phone.

Be sure yous support any data you lot want to keep, to a computer or cloud business relationship, before doing the reset.

To "Hard Reset" the phone...

1. Make sure that the phone is really powered off.

2. Remove your SD card, if there is ane in the device.

3. Printing the "Ability" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.

iv. One time yous can see the logo, release the buttons and allow the device to enter the "System Recovery Mode".

five. Next use "Volume Down" push to go to the "wipe information/factory reset" option When in recovery manner the "Volume Upwards" and "Volume Downwardly" buttons are how to can navigate and highlight what option you need.

six. Once you have selected the "wipe information/factory reset", press the "Ability" button to select that pick.

7. On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume Down" push button until the "Yes - delete all user information" option is what is selected.

8. Then press the "Power" push button to hard reset the phone.

9. If you took your SD card out in step 2, when the device is upward and running over again, reinstert the SD card.

Apologies, only I am trying to sympathise if it is but the screen is black, or it is not powering on at all. From the information you gave, it sounds similar information technology is trying to turn on, simply and so gets stuck. No matter if you tin can see the screen or not. Or, is it merely not giving whatsoever signs of life at all (no sounds etc)

If y'all become zippo at all, then you may demand access to the battery to pull information technology out for a chip and put it back to come across if and so it will accuse and piece of work. If not, then y'all may well need a new battery. I know on some phones access to the battery is a pain, and so be sure that the telephone isn't under warranty notwithstanding before you do anything. If it is under warranty, then contact the manufacturer about the issue.

My telephone is perfectly in good condition but does this also randomly. Twice so far. I but concord the "down " volumn button and the on/off push button down until it reboots. Information technology does not practise a difficult factory reset and yous do not lose everything. It just reset your telephone.
